- Image Quality: All images submitted for customization must be high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) to ensure optimal print quality.
- Permissions: Customers must ensure they have the rights to use and reproduce any images or text provided for customization. Jackie’s Imprint is not liable for any copyright infringements.
2. Order Process
- Submission: Complete the customization form with all required details and submit it through our website.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order and details.
- Review: Our team will review the submitted customization details. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via the provided email or phone number.
3. Design Approval
- Proofs: We will provide a digital proof of the customized design for your approval before production.
- Approval: Customers must review and approve the digital proof within 48 hours. Any changes or corrections must be communicated promptly.
- Final Approval: Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.
4. Production and Delivery
- Production Time: Custom items typically require 7-14 business days for production after design approval. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the customization.
- Delivery: We will provide an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your order. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom products unless they are defective or damaged.
- Defects/Damages: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with detailed photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or a refund.
6. Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of submission. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production may have already begun.

- Production Variations: Minor variations in color and design may occur due to the nature of the printing process. These variations are not considered defects.

- Data Use: We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
- Security: Your data is stored securely, and we take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
